Ingredients for 3-4 servings
hercules oatmeal
1 cup
parmesan crumble
3 tbsp. spoons or to taste
butter
50 g
pine nuts
1 tbsp. spoon or to taste
water

Pour the oatmeal into a saucepan, cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Water must be fully absorbed.

While the oatmeal is cooking, pour the nuts into a dry, preheated pan and fry until golden brown for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add butter and cheese to the finished oatmeal and mix until smooth and creamy. If the parmesan is not very salty, you can add a little porridge to taste.

Add some of the browned pine nuts and mix well.

Arrange the porridge on plates, sprinkle with parmesan, garnish with nuts and serve.
