Ingredients for 2 servings
chicken breast fillet
400 g
cherry tomatoes
8-10 pcs.
sweet pepper
1 pc.
zucchini (small)
1 pc.
soy sauce
2 tbsp. spoons
lime (juice only)
0.5 pcs.
ground coriander
pinch
smoked paprika
pinch
Step 1/4
Cut two squares of parchment about 20cm by 20cm.
Step 2/4
Cut the pepper into slices, zucchini into rounds.
Step 3/4
Place the fillet on a square of parchment, add a few rounds of zucchini, a little pepper and 3-4 whole cherries. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices and pour over soy sauce and lime juice.
Step 4/4
Repeat the steps with the second fillet, wrap the parchment with a bag or envelope and tie with a rope. Place in an oven preheated to 180C for 15 minutes.
