Ingredients for 2-3 servings

Prepare fruits and berries. Rinse them with water, peel the orange and cut into large pieces, remove the sepals from the strawberries.

Cut the mangoes. Cut the flesh along the flat side of the stone on both sides. Then there are two options for how to separate the pulp: the simplest is to scoop it with a spoon, the more refined - holding the half pulp up, with a small knife cut it along and across in the form of a grate, without touching the peel, then turn the half out and cut off the resulting cubes of pulp.

Put the mango pulp and the rest of the ingredients in a blender bowl, punch them for 2-3 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Smoothie ready!
