Courgette Smoothie Recipe

squash
300g
cucumbers

apple
1 pc.
parsley
bunch
honey

mint

lemon juice

Step 1/3
Peel and seed the courgette, cucumber and apple. Cut into cubes.
Step 2/3
Send all the ingredients to a blender bowl and chop.
Step 3/3
