Separate the whites from the yolks in the two eggs (no whites needed), add 3 whole eggs and whisk with the sugar into a thick, smooth light mass.

Add the cream and thawed cherries (or other berries or pieces of fruit), stir and put in the freezer.

If you have an ice cream maker, you can cook in it. Without an ice cream maker, just use a not too deep container or zip bag to freeze the mass faster and turn on the freezer at maximum power.
