Sweet Coconut Rice Recipe
Ingredients for 2 servings
round-lake rice
150 g
Creamy coconut drink
200 ml
coconut sugar
1 tbsp. spoon
peeled coconut
50 g
rice flour
1 tbsp. spoon
cinnamon
to taste

Step 1/3
Pour the rice with coconut milk, add a glass of water, a pinch of salt and sugar. Cook until tender (about 20 minutes).
Step 2/3
Dilute a spoonful of rice flour in 100 ml of cold water. Pour into the rice, immediately mix and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring until the rice thickens.
Step 3/3
Chill the rice, arrange in cremants, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with thin slices of fresh coconut.
