frozen mackerel
700g (unpouched)
red potatoes
300g
ground cream tomatoes
200 g
lemons
90 g
onions
100 g
refined sunflower oil
1 tbsp. spoon
salt, black pepper

Defrost the mackerel in advance in the refrigerator or in a container with water. Clean from the insides, remove the head, fins, if possible internal bones. Cut into small pieces across the carcass.

Cut the onions into rings, peel the potatoes and cut into not very thin rounds. Add the oil to the roasting tin (if present, you can add olive oil for flavour and flavour), layer the potatoes and half the onions. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C.
