Bitter chocolate

Butter
50 g
Chicken egg

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt with butter (you can do this in the microwave at low power, stirring often - the chocolate should only soften, not burn) or over low heat.

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.

Mix the eggs well with sugar with a whisk or fork, you do not need to beat until foam.

Combine eggs and chocolate, add flour and stir well again.

Pour over greased butter and dusted cocoa molds (you can use small ceramic or ordinary metal cocotniks). Place in a hot oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove immediately from the oven, leave to cool slightly and turn onto a plate. This dessert should be eaten right away. The point is that inside the chocolate remains liquid and flows out, mixing with melting ice cream - breathtakingly tasty!
