Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Ingredients for 15-18 pieces of portions

milk chocolate
220g
butter
66 g
eggs
2 pcs.
brown sugar
160 g
vanilla sugar
10 g
flour
170 g
baking powder
5 g
nuts
to taste
salt
pinch
Step 1/5
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add the vanilla sugar and continue whisking.

Add butter to melted chocolate, mix until smooth.
Step 3/5
Add half of the flour with baking powder to the egg mixture, mix with a whisk. Then pour in the chocolate and butter, stir and add the remaining flour. Mix with a spatula.

Pour the nuts onto a baking tray and fry in the oven at 160C for 5 minutes. Then chop them into large pieces.
Step 5/5
Place the dough on a baking tray, top with the nuts. Preheat the oven to 180C and bake the biscuits for 15 minutes.
