Recipe "Chocolate cookies with cocoa nibs"
Ingredients for about 30 pieces of portions
crushed cocoa
40 g
bitter chocolate
175g
wholegrain wheat flour, finely ground
450 g
butter
225g
cane sugar
225g
eggs
3 pcs.
salt
pinch
cinnamon
1/2 tsp

Cut chocolate and butter and melt over low heat, stirring.
Step 2/5
Beat the eggs with sugar until light air mass, mix with chocolate and oil, add flour, salt and cinnamon, gently mix.

Roll the resulting dough into a ball and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Roll the cooled dough with a rolling pin, sprinkle evenly with cocoa nibs and roll with a rolling pin again, pressing the nibs into the dough.

Cut the cookies into molds or an inverted glass, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 7 minutes.
