The grandmother of our colleague from the Nizhny Novgorod region prepares this Easter every year, and the colleague praises so much that we could not resist and asked the recipe. Easter really turns out to be very tasty - gently chocolate, with raisins and nuts.

Ingredients for 6 servings
produced curd from whole milk
2 packs
sour cream 20%
2 tbsp. spoons
butter
100 g
chicken egg
3 pcs. (yolks only)
sugar
100 g
chocolate bitter
50 g
dried dark grapes
150 g
filbert

Step 1/8
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve (it is convenient to do this with a silicone spatula).

Add yolks, sugar and sour cream, mix thoroughly.
Step 3/8
Add butter at room temperature, stir.
Step 4/8
Transfer the mass to a saucepan and simmer, stirring constantly, until first bubbling. Remove from the heat and leave to cool, stirring occasionally.

Pour boiling water over the raisins, leave for 5 minutes, then drain. Roughly chop the nuts, grate the chocolate.

Add nuts, raisins, chocolate chips to the cooled mass and mix everything thoroughly.

Transfer the mass to a pasochnik wrapped in gauze, tamp slightly and put everything in a deep plate so that there is somewhere to drain the liquid. Refrigerate overnight.

Turn the finished Easter onto a plate, you can decorate it with nuts or sprinkle with cocoa.
