Ingredients for 2 servings
beef shoulder bq
400 g
maize flour tzz
100 g
chicken egg 1c
1 pc.
pickled cucumbers
6-7 pcs.
sauerkraut
200 g
cooked-salted butter mushrooms
100 g
sweet paprika ground
pinch
ground black pepper
to taste
salt
melted butter or vegetable oil
for frying
Step 1/3
Cut the beef across the fibers into steaks 2-2.5 cm thick. Beat to a thickness of 0.5 cm, it is convenient to do this by covering the meat with film or baking paper.
Step 2/3
Rub the meat with salt, paprika and roll in cornmeal. Mix the remaining flour with the batter egg.
Step 3/3
Dip each steak in batter and fry in a hot frying pan on 2 sides for 10-15 minutes. Serve the schnitzels hot with the salted mushrooms, sauerkraut and pickled cucumbers.
