A simple dish with a very tender spring taste, cook it with wild garlic in season, and at other times replace the wild garlic with spinach leaves and a small garlic clove. Instead of squid tentacles, rings or whole squid cut with rings can be used.

Ingredients for 2 servings

wild garlic (or spinach )

butter
20 g
freshly ground black pepper

Defrost the tentacles beforehand. Melt the butter in the pan, place the tentacles and cook for a minute.

Then add the coarsely chopped wild garlic or spinach leaves (along with the spinach, add the finely chopped garlic as well) and salt, cook for a further 3-4 minutes over medium heat, stirring. Done! Serve tentacles warm with rice or boiled potatoes.
