You can use different ingredients left over from the party, or those in the refrigerator. In any case, you get a hearty and tasty dish. In this recipe we offer a combination that we liked .

Recipe "Shawarma with barbecue "
Ingredients for 2-4 servings
fried kebab
200-300 g
carrots
1 piece small or ½ medium
garlic
1-2 tooth.
caesar sauce
3-5 tbsp. l. or to taste
tomato
1-2 pcs.
iceberg
1/5 head of cabbage (150g)
Tandir pita bread
2 pcs.
Step 1/9
Peel and grate carrots on a coarse grater.

Cut the meat into small pieces and fold into a bowl.

Finely chop the garlic and add to the meat.

Add 1 tbsp. l. Sauce and mix.

At the tomato, cut out the stalk, cut the flesh into pieces.

Cut iceberg lettuce into strips.

Grease each pita bread 1-2 tbsp. l. sauce, put on each half of vegetables and meat.
