A great idea for a non-binary kebab is grilled shawarma. It is not at all difficult to cook it yourself. Tender meat with a haze, fresh vegetables and a lot of sauce in the company of pita - juicy and tasty.

Transfer the thigh fillet to a container, fill with kefir with turmeric, dry garlic and salt, leave to marinate for an hour.

Light the embers, they should be hot enough, but without a flame. Fry the chicken on the grill grill until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

While the chicken cooks, prepare the filling. Finely chop the cabbage, salt and remember with your hands to give juice, pour lemon juice. Cut the onion into thin half rings, the tomato into rounds.
