Pork neck skewers with vinegar

Kebab pickling time at least 2 hours
Classic and beloved by many kebabs, pickled with vinegar. Such a marinade has become popular, as vinegar can save slightly lying meat. But we still recommend cooking from fresh, and add vinegar just for taste.

Recipe "Pork neck kebab with vinegar"
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
pork neck
2 kg
onions
2 pcs. (large)
vinegar 9%
2 tbsp. l.
garlic
Head ½
salt
1 tbsp. l. or to taste
ground black pepper
½ tsp or to taste
ground coriander
1 tsp
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l.
Step 1/9
Cut the meat into large pieces. Fold into a large bowl or saucepan.
Step 2/9
Peel the onions and cut into large rings. Add to the meat.
Step 3/9
Cut the head of garlic in half and put half in a barbecue.
Step 4/9
Salt. Pour vinegar into a bowl of meat.
Step 5/9
Add the ground black pepper and ground coriander.
Step 6/9
Pour vegetable oil.
Step 7/9
Mix everything well and leave to marinate at room temperature for at least 2 hours. You can put oppression on top.

Put the meat on skewers and fry until tender.

Tip: we give approximate proportions of ingredients, you can change the ratio to your liking.
