Pork neck kebabs on mayonnaise

Another common type of marinade for meat is with mayonnaise. Such a barbecue will turn out to be even juicier and more tender, ruddy and appetizing. Add your favourite spices and a little chilli to enhance the flavour.

Recipe "Pork neck kebabs on mayonnaise"
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
pork neck
2 kg
onions
2 pcs. (large)
mayonnaise
200 g
salt
1 tbsp. l. or to taste
ground black pepper
½ tsp or to taste
spices for barbecue
1 tbsp. l. or to taste
chili pepper
1 pc.
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l.
Step 1/8
Cut the meat into large pieces. Fold into a large bowl or saucepan.
Step 2/8
Peel the onions and cut into large rings. Add to the meat.
Step 3/8
Salt, pepper.
Step 4/8
Pour in your favorite kebab spices.
Step 5/8
Add the mayonnaise.
Step 6/8
Finely chop the chilli and add to the meat.
Step 7/8
Mix everything well and leave to marinate at room temperature for at least 2 hours. You can put oppression on top.

Put the meat on skewers and fry until tender.
