Recipe "Pork skewers in the oven"
Ingredients for 4 servings
pork neck
1 kg
onions
2 pieces medium or 1 large
salt
½ -1 tsp or to taste
freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp or to taste
narsharab
2 tbsp. l. or to taste
paprika sweet
½ tsp
cumin
½ tsp (optional)
ground coriander
½ tsp
favorite spices for barbecue
½ tsp
garlic
4-5 tooth.

3-4 tbsp. l.

Step 1/7
Cut the meat into roughly 3x4cm pieces.
Step 2/7
Cut the onion into feathers.
Step 3/7
Put the pork and onion in a bowl, add the spices.
Step 4/7
Crush the garlic cloves directly into the peel with a knife and add to the meat with the onions. Pour in narsharab and 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to marinate for 1-4 hours at room temperature.

Put kebabs on wooden skewers. Place on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200 ℃ for 20-30 minutes until tender.

While the kebab is being prepared, preheat the pan with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Put the onions, with which the meat was marinated, and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 7/7
Serve the finished kebab on pita bread with vegetables and your favourite sauces.
