Ingredients for 3 servings
chicken thigh without bone
800 g
onions
1 pc.
coriander

paprika

parsley

Cut the chicken hips without bone into medium pieces, fold into a deep bowl or container, sprinkle with spices.

Add the onion and parsley to the meat, pour over the oil, salt and mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate in a cool place for 1-2 hours, if you plan to marinate the meat longer, put it in the refrigerator.

Fry the chicken skewers on skewers over the coals until cooked through, turning.
