Recipe "Lamb kebab"
Ingredients for 3 servings
lamb ham without bone
900 g
onions
2 pcs.
apple vinegar
2 tbsp. spoons
coriander
1 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
cilantro
bunch
ground black pepper
to taste
salt
0.5 tsp
classic tomato sauce
for filing
Step 1/5
Cut the lamb into not too small pieces and put it in a bowl or container.
Step 2/5
Peel the onions. Chop one onion on a coarse grater, and cut the second into large rings, add to the meat. Add salt, spices and vinegar.

Remember the meat with your hands to give juice and mix well. Leave to marinate in a cool place for 2 hours.
Step 4/5
Put the meat on skewers mixed with onion rings, fry on not too hot coals until tender.
Step 5/5
Serve the skewers hot with tomato sauce and fresh vegetables.
