Ingredients for 4 servings
tofu classic
300g
zucchini
1 pc.
sweet red pepper
2 pcs.
champignons
200 g
fennel
2 sprigs
lemon
1/2 pc.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. spoon
peanut butter
2 tbsp. spoons
tomato kebab sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
refined sunflower oil
1 tbsp. spoon
soy sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
Paprika seasoning with haze
1 tsp
salt, black pepper
to taste

Cut tofu into large cubes.
Step 2/5
Combine peanut butter, kebab and soy sauces, paprika, finely chopped dill sprig. Toss with the tofu and leave for 30 minutes.

Cut the vegetables into cubes the same size as the tofu. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl, add the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, salt, black pepper, a second chopped sprig of dill. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Apply the vegetables and tofu to the wooden skewers and grill or pan for 1-2 minutes on each side. If you plan to cook on fire, first soak the skewers in water so that they do not burn.

Serve with sauce to taste.
