Recipe "Salmon skewers in honey-mustard marinade"
Ingredients for 2 servings
salmon fillet ochl .
500 g
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
honey mustard sauce
100 g
soy sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
garlic
1 clove
ground chilli
to taste

Step 1/3
Soak the skewers in water. For the marinade, mix together the honey mustard sauce, soy sauce, olive oil and chilli. Squeeze out the garlic. Stir through the marinade. Cut the salmon into 3x3cm cubes and marinate for about an hour at room temperature.
Step 2/3
Preheat the oven to 180C. Put pieces of salmon on skewers, quickly fry in a frying pan until golden brown and bring in the oven 7-8 minutes until tender.
Step 3/3
Cut the green onions into rings, sprinkle with kebabs and serve!
