frozen rabbit liver
1 pack
Hungarian brisket
1 pack
apple
bell peppers

Defrost the rabbit liver in the fridge beforehand. Soak wooden skewers in water for half an hour or an hour so that they do not burn in the oven.

Rinse the liver thoroughly in cold water, dry, cut in half, salt and pepper.

Cut the apple into circles, pepper squares.

Put the liver on the skewers, wrapping it with bacon, alternate pieces of liver with apple and pepper .
