Apple season - it's time to bake the very, simple, but so tasty charlotte! In this quite classic recipe, white flour is replaced by durum wheat flour and rice flour, the dough is no worse. Nuts are great with baked apples, but even without them, the pie will turn out to be tasty.

Turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees, grease the baking dish (about 30 cm in diameter) with butter and sprinkle with flour.
