Remove the bowl with the finished charlotte from the slow cooker and leave for 10 minutes, so the cake will be easier to remove. Take out the charlotte, turning upside down on a plate, decorate with powdered sugar at will.
Tip: Slow cookers of different models and manufacturers may differ in settings. In the recipe, we give the average time and temperature settings, but you, based on the settings of your model, choose the most suitable ones: time - 40, 45 or 50 minutes, temperature - 150-160S. If in doubt, select lower values for the first time. Check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick - it should come out of the dough dry (just make sure that it does not get into a piece of apple when checking). Also, the volume of the bowl can affect the cooking time. We baked this charlotte in a slow cooker with a 5L bowl - if yours is a little smaller, you may need to increase the baking time a little.
