Ingredients for 4-6 servings
mushrooms champignons royal
1 pack
Altai cheese
100 g
flour
2 tbsp. spoons
eggs
2 pcs.
breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. spoons
pepper

Wipe the mushrooms with napkins. You should not wash champignons, they will absorb a lot of water and a crispy crust may not work.

Cut off the legs of the mushrooms, they will not be needed for this recipe. Champignon legs can be added to soup, morning omelette or sauce to stew.
