Champignons in such a marinade are very juicy, spicy and fragrant - a great alternative or addition to the classic kebab.

Recipe "Champignons-grill in spicy marinade"
Ingredients for 4 servings
champignons
200 g
soy sauce
4-5 tbsp. spoons
sesame oil
2 tbsp. spoons
ginger
2 cm root
garlic
1-2 cloves
hot pepper
to taste
Step 1/4
Mix soy sauce with sesame oil, add grated ginger, garlic passed through the press.
Step 2/4
Peel the hot peppers, cut lengthways into strips, then chop crosswise, add to the marinade, adjust the amount to taste.

Wash the mushrooms, dry, fill with marinade and leave for 2-3 hours at room temperature.
Step 4/4
Put champignons on skewers and fry over hot coals until golden, serve immediately!
