200 g
lemon juice
2 tbsp. spoons
lime juice
2 tbsp. spoons
kiwi
1 pc.
passion fruit
1 pc.
olive oil
1 tsp
salt

Slice the tuna meat very thinly and place on the parchment.

Mix lime and lemon juice with olive oil, pour over the tuna, stir and leave for 3-4 minutes. Then salt a little.

Peel the kiwi skin and cut into thin rounds.

Place on a plate of tuna, next to the kiwi. Cut the passion fruit in half and place the flesh on top of the tuna. If desired, you can sprinkle with hot ground pepper.
