Ingredients for 2 servings

sour cream
4 tbsp. l.
flour
250 g
eggs
2 pcs.
salt
½ tsp
ground black pepper
ad libitum
vegetable oil
for frying
tomatoes
for filing
parsley
for filing
garlic

Step 1/6
Cut the courgettes into about 3mm thick rounds. Put the chopped courgettes in a container.
Step 2/6
Add ¼ cups of flour to zucchini. Cover the container with a lid and shake so that the flour is evenly distributed over the zucchini.
Step 3/6
Mix sour cream, eggs, salt, remaining flour. The batter should not be too liquid.
Step 4/6
Preheat pan with vegetable oil. Dip each round of courgette in batter and fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown.
Step 5/6
Place the battered courgettes on paper towels to remove any excess fat.
Step 6/6
Once cool, cut the courgettes in half. Put the filling on one part in the form of herbs, tomato and grated garlic and cover with the other half.
