Ingredients for 4 servings
rye bread
ad libitum
herring fillet-pieces
2 cans
garlic
1 tooth.
vinaigrette kit
1 pack
eggs
2 pcs.
onions
1 pc.
mayonnaise
ad libitum
salt
to taste
rosemary to garnish
a few twigs

Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel.

Put ready-made boiled vegetables in a blender, be sure to remove excess juice (use your favorite proportion, for example, carrots and potatoes a little smaller than beets) and grind, trying to leave small pieces, do not turn vegetables into mashed potatoes at all.

To the vegetables, add grated eggs, optionally finely chopped onions or grated apple, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.

Cut the bread into 2cm wide and 4cm long rectangles. In a dry pan, toast the bread on each side until brown. Rub the toasted bread blocks with garlic on one side.

Collect a snack - put a vegetable dressing on a block of bread, a piece of herring and rosemary on top. Prick on skewers and serve! Bon appetit!
