Ingredients for 4 servings
Sazan fillets
700-800 g
Bell peppers
1-2 pcs.
3-4 Baku tomatoes
Large onion
1 pc.
Lemon
1 pc.
Garlic clove
Small hot pepper

Bunch of cilantro and dill
Olive oil

Step 1/3
Dry the carp fillet, grate with salt and pepper, pour the juice over half of the lemon.
Step 2/3
Cut onions and bell peppers into rings, cut tomatoes into quarters, cut 2 mugs from the remaining lemon, chop garlic and hot peppers (adjust the amount of sharpness to your taste), cut greens.
Step 3/3
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and quickly fry the onions, then turn down the heat, put the carp (along with the juice), distributing the onions on top and around the fish, then add the rest of the vegetables to the pan, sprinkle with herbs on top. Cover the saute pan with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
