Almost everyone likes the correct satsivi, it is ideal as a festive dish, because it is prepared in advance!

Recipe "Satsivi"
Ingredients, serves 8

onions
1 kg
garlic
5 cloves
walnuts
500 g
wine vinegar
1 tbsp. spoon
coriander seeds
pinch
uzho-suneli
1 tsp
carnation
2-3 buds
pinch of ground cinnamon
freshly ground black pepper
bay leaf

For satsivi, you can use a whole carcass of chicken or only spuds, you can also cook turkey from the thigh (just do not use breasts - it will be dry).

Put the chicken in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil over high heat, remove the foam, reduce the heat to a minimum, add the bay leaf and onion, cook for 1.5 hours .

Take out the chicken, leave to cool, if you like, you can separate the meat from the bones .

Finely chop the onion and fry in the fat removed from the stock until clear.

Grind the walnuts in a blender until smooth.

Grind garlic with salt and spices in a mortar or with a blender into a homogeneous mass, combine with nuts and onions, mix.
Step 7/7
Add a little broth, constantly stirring the sauce, bring to the consistency of liquid sour cream, bring to a boil, lay out pieces of poultry, add vinegar, warm for another 5 minutes, turn off the heat and cover. Let the satsivi brew for several hours in the refrigerator - it will be even tastier!
