Ingredients for 4 servings
stracciatella
1 pack
sweet pepper
2 pcs.
cherry sweet bunch
10 pcs.
tomatoes dried in oil
6-7 pcs.
spinach
50 g
oregano
pinch
olive oil
1 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Bake the pepper under the grill (at maximum temperature in the oven) until black podzalin. Then put on a plate and cover with a lid or foil or put in a bag. After 5 minutes, the thin hard skin will be easy to remove. Peel the peppers, remove the skin and seeds.
