Ingredients for 2 servings
sorrel
60 g
cucumbers
3 pcs.
fennel
2-3 sprigs
eggs
4 pcs.
onion green
a pair of feathers
sour cream

ground black pepper

Boil hard boiled eggs and cover with cold water. Wash vegetables and herbs well, dry them. In cucumbers, cut off the stalks and grate the fruits for Korean carrots. Finely chop the green onions.

Peel and dice the eggs. Fold into a bowl along with the cucumbers and onions.
