Ingredients for 6 servings
beef tongue
1 pc.
potatoes
4 pcs.
pickled cucumbers
8-10 pcs.
chicken egg
4 pcs.
pitted green olives
1 can (300g)
white onion
1 pc.
mayonnaise
150 g
vegetable oil
2 tsp
parsley
small bundle
bay leaf
2-3 pcs.
black peppercorns
5 pcs.
salt

Step 1/9
Wash your tongue, cover with cold water, add peppercorns and bay leaves. Salt, bring to a boil.

Turn down the heat and cook for about 1.5-2 hours, until the tongue is pierced with a fork. Then let it cool in the stock.

Meanwhile, in another saucepan, boil the jacket potatoes until tender. Cool and peel.

Hard-boil the eggs, cool and peel.

Cut the onions into feathers and fry in vegetable oil until golden.

Remove the skin from the cooled tongue, cut the tongue into cubes.

Cut eggs, potatoes and cucumbers into cubes. Cut olives into rings.

Combine all the ingredients, add the chopped parsley and season with mayonnaise. Salt the salad to taste.

Serve salad with tongue in portions or in a large salad bowl.
