quail eggs

Romano salad

Step 1/5
Put the quail eggs to cook - 5 minutes after boiling water. Transfer the finished eggs to cold water to cool.

While the eggs are cooking, boil a liter of water (in an electric kettle faster). Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, place on a plate and leave to cool.

Peel the eggs, cut each in half. Cut bell peppers into half rings, cherry tomatoes into halves. Remove the tuna from the jar and mash with a fork. Cut the olives into rounds.

Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and beat with a fork into the emulsion.

Put the Romano leaves in a salad bowl, add beans, chopped vegetables and tuna, season and mix. Arrange the salad on plates, decorate with half an egg, pepper.
