Halumis cheese can be taken ordinary (not goat) or with basil. And instead of honey, you can use sweet syrup.

Ingredients for 2 servings

Goat cheese "Sernursky halumis"
250 g
Bananas
2 pcs.
Salad mix "Rucola, Korn, Radichio"
1 pack
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Flower honey "Acacia"
1 tbsp. spoon
Dried greens "Basil"
1 tsp
Lime
1/2 pc.
Salt

Cut the cheese into slices, bananas along, and then across into 4 parts. Combine the olive oil, honey and dried basil and toss with the cheese and banana to coat the pieces on all sides. Reserve some oil with honey for dressing.

Preheat the grill to medium temperature and fry the cheese and bananas for 1 minute on each side until caramelised.

Rinse the salad mix, put on the dish. Add the sliced ​ ​ cheese and bananas into medium pieces. Lightly grind the mixture of nuts and mango with a knife and add to the salad. Add the remaining oil and honey dressing. You can lightly salt to taste and add juice of half a lime for balance.
