duck and chicken breast roll
150 g
grapefruit
150g pulp
Haas avocado
1 pc.
tomato
1 pc.
corn salad
50 g
salt

ground black pepper

lemon juice
1 tsp
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l.
Step 1/4
Cut the poultry roll into small pieces.
Step 2/4
Disassemble the peeled grapefruit into segments without skin.
Step 3/4
Make the guacamole: mash the avocado, pour the juice over the lemon, add the chopped tomato, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Stir.
Step 4/4
Put grapefruit and roll slices on a dish in one layer, alternating. Spread the guacamole over the top and garnish with the root.
