Pomelo

Orange

Olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
Honey

Step 1/3
Make the dressing: squeeze the juice out of the orange and mix with the honey and olive oil.
Step 2/3
Peel the pomelo and cut into large slices. Halve the grapes. Chop the nuts.
Step 3/3
Put all the ingredients on a dish, pour over the dressing and add black or red pepper if desired.
