fat calf cheek
300g
champignons
150 g
pickled crispy cucumbers
250 g
canned green peas
0.5 cans
fennel
a few twigs
parsley
a few twigs
onion green
3-4 pens
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/6
Cut the champignons into quarters and fry in a dry pan.
Step 2/6
Cut the veal cheeks into small cubes.
Step 3/6
Cut the cucumbers into cubes, having previously cut off the ends from them.
Step 4/6
Finely chop the greens with a knife. Open a jar of green peas and drain.
Step 5/6
Combine all the ingredients, salt, pepper and season with olive oil.
Step 6/6
Meat salad with mushrooms and green peas is ready.
