Raw chicken breast
140 g
Vegetable oil

Jusballs (balls with juice)

Step 1/9
To begin with, cut the chicken breast into small pieces, pepper and salt, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Allow to be marinated for 30 minutes, and then bake in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (I baked in a pot, but you can also in the sleeve).

Grate hard cheese.

Hard-boil the egg, cool, finely chop.

Cut the finished chicken breast into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and unsweetened Greek yogurt in equal parts (I added half a tablespoon of both, a little more/less to your liking).

Then add pieces of chicken and chopped egg to a bowl with mayonnaise dressing, mix well, salt a little.

I wanted to put the salad in layers (you can use the cooking ring). Put a mass of chicken, eggs and mayonnaise dressing on the bottom layer. We press it a little. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

At the very end we take jusballs (do not get it in advance so as not to dry out).

Using a teaspoon, lay the balls on top of the cheese. Done!
