Shrimp Cherry Salad Recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings
northern shrimps peeled
200 g
mixed salad mezklam
80 g
cherry
10 pcs.
lemon (juice only)
0.5 pcs.
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
salt and pepper
to taste
Step 1/4
Thaw the shrimp right in a pack in cold water, rinse, pour boiling water.
Step 2/4
Wash, dry and put on a plate. Cut cherry into halves.
Step 3/4
For the dressing, squeeze out the juice of half the lemon, mix with the olive oil and beat with a fork. Add salt and pepper - and the dressing is ready.
Step 4/4
Put cherry and shrimp on salad leaves, pour over the resulting dressing, mix.
