Ingredients for 2 servings
Shrimps
500 g
Large ripe avocado
1 pc.
Cucumber
1 pc.
Beijing cabbage
2-3 sheets
Juice of half a lemon
A few sprigs of cilantro
Olive oil

Filo dough for tartlets
3 sheets

Step 1/3
For tartlets, use small muffin molds or cocotnitsa. Cut the thawed filo sheets into neat squares a little larger than the molds, put three squares in each mold, form a bottom so that the baked tartlets do not fall later. Preheat the oven to 200ºS and bake the tartlets until golden (10-15 minutes), remove from the molds, leave to cool.

Peel thawed shrimp, cut avocado and cucumber into cubes, chop the leaves of Beijing cabbage (only the soft part), mix everything, add chopped cilantro.
Step 3/3
For dressing, beat lemon juice with olive oil into the emulsion with a fork, add garlic finely passed through the press, salt. Season the salad, stir and place in the tartlets.
