Recipe "Salad with red fish and avocado"

avocado
1 pc.
short-fruited cucumber
2 pcs.
red low-salted fish
100 g
red caviar
50 g
Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. spoons
honey
1 tbsp. spoon
grainy mustard
1 tbsp. spoon
lemon
to taste
salt
to taste

Wash vegetables, boil hard boiled eggs and cool.
Step 2/5
Cut the avocado, fish, cucumber and eggs into cubes. Put the caviar and send to a suitable container.

Mix together the Greek yoghurt, honey and mustard. Add lemon juice to taste and salt.

Add the finished sauce to a bowl with the chopped ingredients and mix thoroughly.
