Step 1/6
Skin the chicken legs. Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small cubes.

Wash and clean the celery stalks. Cut across.

Wash the cherry, cut in half.

Cut the pineapple into roughly the same cubes as the chicken.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix together the mayonnaise and sour cream and season the salad. Salt and pepper if desired.
