Salami is good not only on a meat plate or pizza. Let's make a salad with this sausage - it's simple and quick, and this recipe can always be kept on hand in case of an unexpected arrival of guests.

Ingredients for 4 servings
Salami Spicy with fenugreek and semi-dry paprika
1 pack (70 g)
Mozzarella piccolo cheese
1 pack (120 g)
pitted green olives
30 g
spinach
1 pack (125g)
avocado
1 pc.
basil dry
1/6 tsp (1 g)
olive oil
1.5-2 tbsp (25-30 ml)
garlic dry
1/3 tsp (2 g)
ground black pepper
1/6 tsp (1 g)
lemon zest
1/4 tsp
lemon juice
2 tsp + for avocado
salt
1/3 tsp (2 g)
Step 1/8
Remove some zest from the lemon without touching the white part, using a fine grater.

Make the dressing. Mix lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl. Add ground black pepper, lemon zest, dried basil and salt. Stir.

Cut salami into thin strips.

Olives - in circles.

Remove the stone from the avocado, use a spoon to remove the flesh from the peel and cut into thin slices. Pour the lemon juice over the avocado so it doesn't darken.

Cut the mozzarella balls in half.

Wash the spinach under running water and dry. Put in a large salad bowl, add the prepared dressing and stir.

Place the spinach on a plate with the rest of the ingredients on top. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
