This original salad will delight seafood lovers with both taste and balanced composition. You can use fresh squid if you wish: just boil it in boiling salted water for a minute, clean it from skin, insides and chitin and cool it.

Ingredients for 2 servings
hot smoked squid fillet slices
1 pack (80 g)
fresh frozen green beans
200 g
soy sauce
40 ml
spinach fresh
1 pack (50 g)
bell pepper
50 g
lemon juice
5 ml
olive oil
40 ml
black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
pine nuts optional

Step 1/8
Slice the squid into thin strips.
Step 2/8
Blanch the beans in the soy sauce for 2-3 minutes, then cool.
Step 3/8
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
Step 4/8
Mix lemon juice with oil, black pepper and salt - it will be a dressing.
Step 5/8
Mix the dressing with the washed spinach leaves.
Step 6/8
Place the spinach on a plate as a pillow.
Step 7/8
Top with a mixture of squid, beans and bell peppers.

Decorate the dish with pine nuts if desired.
