Fresh, very vitamin and tasty salad. Dressing and adding blue cheese makes it worthy of a festive table, but it will come in handy on weekdays too!

Recipe "Salad with pear and Jerusalem artichoke "
Ingredients for 1-2 portions
girasol
150 g
ripe pear
1 pc.
blue cheese "Royal Cheese"
50 g
Grün salad mix
50 g
fried hazelnuts
20 g
olive oil
2 tsp
lemon juice
2 tsp
honey
½ tsp
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Step 1/3
Combine lemon juice, olive oil and liquid honey, beat with a fork.
Step 2/3
Peel the Jerusalem artichoke and cut into thin rounds with a peeler. Cut a pear into the same thin circles.
Step 3/3
Put salad leaves on a plate, season with half the dressing. Top with the pear and Jerusalem artichoke slices and cheese pieces, sprinkle with the nuts and pour over the rest of the dressing.
