Recipe "Shimeji mushroom salad"
Ingredients for 2 servings
shimeji mushrooms
125 g
salad parisienne mix
1 pack
sweet pepper
1 pc.
hot pepper
to taste
onion red
1/2 pc.
garlic
2 cloves
cherry tomatoes

Tartar sauce
2 tbsp. spoons
parsley

Peel the garlic cloves, cut in half, remove the middle.

Sort the mushrooms, fry in vegetable oil along with garlic until golden.
