Recipe "Warm salad with enoki mushrooms"
Ingredients for 2 servings
enoki
150 g
eggplant
100 g
carrots
100 g
small spinach
to taste
soy sauce
to taste
chili sauce
to taste
sesame
to taste
Step 1/4
Cut the eggplants into blocks and fry.
Step 2/4
Cut the carrots into blocks or grate for Korean carrots and fry with eggplant.
Step 3/4
Wash enoki and add to vegetables, fry for another 2 minutes. Add the chilli and soy sauce to the pan at the last minute.
Step 4/4
Rinse and dry the spinach, put on a plate. Add fried vegetables and mushrooms and serve the salad warm, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
